In this one hour presentation, our guest speakers Catherine Barnes and Bob Henderson will provide guidance to the lighting specifier on what and how to provide a lighting and controls specification that positions the client/owner to meet the project’s goals.

About the Speakers:
Catherine Barnes, LC, CLCP Senior Lighting Designer at RAB Lighting
Catherine is primarily responsible for Lighting Control System design and Lighting Design at RAB Lighting. She was a Senior Project Engineer with a consulting engineering firm in central New York state for approximately 20 years. Catherine was responsible for Lighting and Power systems design as well as Project Management. Catherine serves currently as Treasurer of IES Syracuse, NY Section.
Robert L. Henderson, LC, CLEP Director of Training at RAB Lighting
Bob has worked in lighting as a consultant, director of training at three lighting centers, lighting sales agent, and utility lighting specialist. Bob has presented over 100 different lighting seminars on indoor and outdoor lighting and controls and has worked with cities and counties to develop 25 Municipal and County Outdoor Lighting Ordinances. He currently holds the LC (Lighting Certified) and CLEP (Certified Lighting Efficiency Professional), served as chair on both test committees, and now teaches preparation courses for the LC and CLEP exams.
