Panelists Bio:

Robert Talley, PE, currently serves as a State Construction Office Assistant Director managing the Design and Construction Services Section of the State Construction Office, a division of the NC Department of Administration. Bob holds a BA in Psychology from NCSU, a BS in Electrical Engineering from NCSU and a Masters in Divinity from SEBTS.

An electrical engineer by degree and training he spent 16 years in private practice providing designs for manufacturing equipment, utility distribution, building power, lighting, security, fire alarm and audio visual systems. Bob went to work for the State of NC in 2008 and has held a Level III Electrical Code Enforcement certificate since 2011. Bob enjoys spending his spare time riding motorcycles, playing guitar, practicing photography and playing with the 3 grandkids.

William H. Clark, Jr., PE “Bill” is the Founder/Engineer of Diversified Consulting Group, PLLC. Bill is a long-time resident of North Carolina. He is married with 2 children and 5 grandchildren, a military veteran and holds a B.S. Electrical Engineering from NCSU. He is a registered engineer since 1983.

William P. Casey “Will” Board Investigator, NC Board of Examiners for Engineers & Surveyors. Will was born and raised in southeastern NC, and is married with two children. He holds a B.S. Criminal Justice, from the Univ. of Mt. Olive, 2001. Will is a 10-yr law enforcement veteran before joining NCBELS. He has served18 years as Board Investigator for NCBELS.
